Crash of Crowns privacy policy
Last updated: 27 October 2026
Crash of Crowns is a game by Joco Giant, a brand operated by Bubbleye Limited ("we"). This page explains what the game collects and why. Questions: support@jocogiant.com.
What we collect
- Anonymous play stats. A random ID created on your device (not linked to your name, email or advertising ID), the game events you trigger (for example starting or finishing a level), the time of each event, the app version and platform, and your device's time zone (used only to show roughly which part of the world players come from).
- Online play (only if you use it). The name you choose, a login token stored on your device, your equipped army skin, and the moves of your online matches, so other players can find and play you.
We do not collect your name, email, contacts, precise location or advertising ID, and we do not store IP addresses with the stats.
Why
To understand how the game is played and improve it: which levels are too hard, how long sessions last, and whether players come back.
Sharing and ads
We do not sell or share this data, and the game shows no ads. The data is stored on our own server in the European Union.
How long we keep it
Play stats are deleted automatically after 24 months. Online names and match moves are kept so you can resume battles; email us and we will remove them.
Your choices
You can turn play stats off at any time with the "Share play stats" switch in the game's settings. Turning them off stops collection and deletes any stats still waiting on your device. To ask us to delete data already sent, email us with the time you played and we will help.
Children
The game is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above.
